Hi, I’m Limor Gildenblatt. I have a PhD in family therapy and a license in clinical social work. With over 17 years working in healthcare I have become passionate about supporting physicians through the demands of training and practice. I also welcome individuals from all backgrounds and experiences. I feel incredibly privileged to walk alongside the individuals, couples, and families I serve.

My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in mindfulness. Together, we create space to better understand your inner world, bringing clarity to what feels complex and supporting meaningful, lasting change.
